Terms and Conditions

All orders are custom made and all sales are final. No Returns. No Exchanges.

Payment is processed in full at the time order is placed, regardless of lead time.

We are happy to repair items with manufacturer’s defect if requested within 10 days of receiving the order.  We reserve the right to refuse service to items we deem were intentionally damaged or misused. In some cases of repair/ resizing we require an additional charge. All charges will be considered on a case by case basis. We are not responsible for return shipping charges on repairs.

Repairs and changes needed after this time or caused by wear and tear will incur a $30 fee in addition to the cost of repair and shipping. Please send repair inquiries to jewelry@emme-collective.com.
